After receiving a civil engineering degree with concentration on structures and soils, Carmen Torsiello worked as a project manager for over ten years in the commercial sector. He was responsible for the control of projects from bid stage to punch list. During that time, he performed detailed estimates and managed large projects in various industries including: health, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing and energy, among others.
Long-term involvement in the construction field, coupled with continuing education, helps Torbilt successfully construct small office buildings, office renovations, tenant-fit outs and other commercial projects.
Torbilt has a separate pool of resources that perform work in a commercial environment. These teams can implement data infrastructure, site work, specialized mechanical and electrical systems, as well as other trades specific to your project. In addition, Torbilt partners with architects and engineers familiar with commercial projects.
